When we conduct a quote we always ask the client what their vision for their garden is, most clients have a little idea of the elements that they want, then there are some who rely on us to put forth different ideas of what will work for their space, others will be a combination of both but with the inclusion of items or significant pieces that they want to keep or incorporate within the final landscape.
Our recent Kensington project was the latter. Our client wanted a functional space but wanted to incorporate existing elements and materials; the water feature, the old MCG seat they had acquired, their existing arbour and old red bricks and granite that they had left over from another project, were the main must keeps.
B.O.T Landscapes delivered not only a lovely functional space but were able to incorporate every item the client wanted to keep. We can let our creativity run wild when designing landscapes for clients but at the end of the day this is their space and has to have a connection for them.
