The first step in landscape construction is developing a design that reflects the clients wants, budget, style and design space and environment, B.O.T Landscapes collaborates with Pivot Designs and the client to produce a landscape design that fits the brief.
Not every client requires a formal landscape design, that is why we provide a range of options to suit every budget; from planting schemes, to concept designs right up to full landscape architecture designs. We firmly believe in giving honest feedback and informing clients if a design is required or not and if it is required what is their best option. Majority of clients just want a visual reference of what the landscape will look like and that should not cost a large chunk of your budget.
The design process begins with an initial onsite consultation with B.O.T Landscapes and Pivot Designs to discuss ideas and thoughts about the design space, with the client. This includes elements, materials and preferred plants. Once this is established Pivot Designs gets to work with laying it all out, once completed the design is presented to the client and any alterations are made. Upon confirmation of the design, B.O.T Landscapes then work up a quote for the construction and implementation of the design, including pricing for any permits required.
