When we first stepped foot on our Northcote project the rear yard was overgrown and had no room to entertain or even a clear path to the back of the property. After discussions with the clients we came up with a design that incorporated a pair of unique arbours using metal edging, a crazy paved bluestone pathway with some screens and veggie boxes towards the rear of the property.

The bluestone pathway curved its way from the deck area to the rear of the yard expanding out to form a sitting area framed with two timber cut out screens. The metal edging arbours were costumed made and provided a focal point for the garden. With Wisterias planted either side to start to climb up and over creating a beautiful visual in spring. The rear brick wall and boundary fences were painted to give a uniformed look throughout and allow for the green foliage of the plants to pop out.

The area came up a treat! The clients were so pleased with the transformation that they hired us to continue the garden maintenance to keep it looking clean and tidy all year round.
